Carbon Containment Lab

The Carbon Containment Lab (CC Lab) is a research and educational 501(c)(3) non-profit based in New Haven, Connecticut, spun out of Yale University in 2024. The CC Lab's mission is to develop and support emergent climate solutions by applying scientific, entrepreneurial, and investment expertise. 

The team has deep expertise across a number of disciplines: earth and geological science, engineering, economics and finance, social science, and entrepreneurship. CC Lab share a common motivation -- global climate change needs to be addressed now and in innovative new ways. We partner and collaborate with expert advisors, partner organizations, and student interns.
